We’re a compounding pharmacy based in Knoxville, Tennessee. For nearly 15 years, we’ve been compounding medications for patients who need a treatment approach that’s tailored to them.

Hillstone began as Heartland Apothecary and while the name has changed, our mission hasn’t.

From the start, our pharmacy has been grounded in doing things the right way. Our team is made up of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff who genuinely care about the people we serve. We’ve always believed that thoughtful, patient-centered care should be the standard and that’s exactly what we show up to provide every day.

Hillstone was built to offer something different - a place where patients feel supported, and where providers have a partner they can depend on. In a system that often feels rushed or impersonal, we aim to be a steady, thoughtful presence, not just a pharmacy, but a trusted resource patients and providers can count on.

We’re not just filling prescriptions. We’re collaborating with prescribers, answering questions, and helping navigate treatment plans that actually fit the person in front of them.
